M. Kay Decker

M. Kay Decker, age 64, of Edgewood, MD died on January 9, 2011 at her home. Born in Frankford, WV, she was the daughter of Mary Lochart Gillian George of Renick, WV and the late Henry Hunter George.

Mrs. Decker is survived by her husband of 42 years, James L. Decker of Edgewood, MD; son, Tracy S. Decker of Dundalk, MD; daughters, Kaylan J. Testerman of Jarrettsville, MD and Toni M. Palmer of Edgewood, MD; brothers, Sam George of White Sulphur Springs, WV and Jim George of Cincinnati, OH; sisters, Jean Livesay of Findley, OH, Ruth Seldomridge of Atlanta, GA, Ollie Fisher of Renick, WV, Sarah Workman of Lewisburg, WV, Patricia Osborne of Ocala, FL, and Judith Brown of Frankford, WV; grandchildren, Zacharie Testerman of Jarrettsville, MD, Storm Hall of Edgewood, MD, Andrea Strunkstein of Bel Air, MD; and great-grandchildren, Bradley and Heather Strunkstein of Bel Air, MD.
