Loy Stafford Clements Jr.

Loy Stafford Clements Jr., age 61, of Joppa, MD, died of a heart attack on July 1, 2010 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sharon Lynn McGainey Clements; son Loy Stafford Clements III; daughter, Tina Renee Hockaday and husband, Kevin Hockaday; grandchildren, KJ, Alyssa and Karizma Hockaday, and Loy Stafford Clements IV. Loy was a devoted husband, father, pop pop, son, brother and friend who will be greatly missed.

Loy was born on May 11, 1949 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of Mary Irene Underhill Clements of VA, and the late Loy Stafford Clements Sr. In addition to his mother, Mr. Clements is survived by his sisters, Mary Leona Laufert of Dundalk, MD, Linda Loy Clements of TX, and Barbara Jean Dean of VA. Loy is also survived by his mother-in-law, Dorothy McGainey of Essex; sisters-in-law, Dottie, Millie, Patti and Annie; and brother-in-law Billy.
