Lowell Bryant

Lowell Bryant, age 83, of Joppa, MD passed away on February 27, 2017 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Joseph Booker Bryant and Elizabeth (Eckels) Bryant. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he worked at Aberdeen Proving Grounds for 36 years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of Middle River Baptist Church where he worked in the Sunday School office and sang in the choir. He enjoyed bowling with his wife, working on his lawn and spending time at the beach. God and family were his top priorities in life.

> Mr. Bryant is survived by his wife of 58 years, Janice Carol Bryant; daughter, Susan O'Grady of Bel Air; son, Jeff Bryant of Fletcher, NC; grandchildren, Dr. Jason O'Grady of Rochester, MN, Carson Bryant of Joppa and Rachel Bryant of Fletcher, NC; great-grandchildren, J.J. O'Grady, Sydney O'Grady and Autumn O'Grady all of Rochester, MN.

> In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Bryant and his sister, Virginia Kammer.
