Louise Ferguson

Louise Ferguson, age 75, of Edgewood, Maryland, passed away on December 14, 2023, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Jasper and Frances (Lyons) Holloway and wife of the late Aubrey Ferguson. In 1964, Louise was married in Joppa, Maryland, and lived most of her life in Edgewood. Following the loss of her husband in 1989, she found companionship and love with Leon Anderson in 1995, and they became life partners.
Louise had a deep love for animals, and her compassion extended to her role as a devoted grandmother to numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She cherished her family and embraced life with enthusiasm. She was one of eight children. A true sports enthusiast, Louise passionately supported the Ravens and Orioles, always cheering for her favorite teams.
Survived by her daughter, Jacqueline (Steve) Bullock, son, Douglas (Jeanne) Ferguson and life partner, Leon Anderson and his children Diane Anderson and Greg Anderson. Louise leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
In addition to her parents and late husband, Louise was preceded in death by her son, Steven Ferguson.
The family kindly requests that contributions be made to the Humane Society of Harford County, 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, MD 21047, in honor of Louise Ferguson.
