Louise Eck

Louise Eck, age 79, of Forest Hill, MD, died on September 19, 2009 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Marvin Lee and Ollie Gertrude Crow Weaver, and wife of the late Arnold Charles Eck Sr. A devoted mother and grandmother, she had worked as an insurance agent with Equitable Life in the 1970's. She was also a realtor, having sold homes in the 1990's, as well as, working at H&R Block.

Mrs. Eck is survived by her sons, Stephen D. Murphy and Darrell Prewitt, both of Forest Hill, MD; daughters, Gail Mundis of Havre de Grace, MD, Pat Sheremetta of NC, and Ellen Hudler and husband, John, of Darlington, MD; stepson, Arnold Charles Eck Jr. of Essex, MD; stepdaughter, Janice Anne Frederick and husband, James Albert Frederick III, of Parkville, MD; brothers, Jack Weaver of FL, and Glen Weaver of Joppatowne, MD; sisters, Allene Shook of FL, and Ann Sweeny of SC; seventeen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Raymond Murphy, and her brother, Dale Weaver.
