Louis N. Manly

Louis N. Manly of Forest Hill, MD died at the age of 89 on August 16, 2016 at Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation. He was born in Baltimore, MD to Louis Pernell Manly and Pearl (Burkhead) Manly and was the husband of the late Nancy Lee Manly. He served our country in the U.S. Navy during WWII and had worked as a police officer. He liked to fish and square dance, and was a member of both Crossroads Community Church and the Retired Police Officers.

Survivors include his sons David Manly (Mary Ann) of Forest Hill and Richard Manly (Patricia) of Bel Air; his sister Virginia Traband of White Marsh; his grandchildren Mary Kathryn Kachel (Christian), Paul Manly, Raechel Rupert (Brian), Rebecca Reed (Maximus) and Mallory Manly; and his great-grandchildren Brett and Diana Kachel. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his sister Doris Kirk.
