Lottie Elizabeth Kienzler, age 89, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on October 7, 2014 at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation in Bel Air. Born in Grantsville, MD, she is the daughter of the late Roy Carson Patton and Bessie Myrtle Butler Patton-Rogers, and wife of the late Oscar Kienzler. A 1942 graduate of Grantsville High School, she was a true Western Maryland country girl. She had worked for the Harford County Treasurer's Office where she was a clerk. She loved to craft, work in her garden, and bird watch. In addition to her being a selfless, kind, and caring person, she was a talented baker, creative painter, and stained glass artist.
Mrs. Keinzler is survived by her sons, Glenn W. Rizer Jr. of Downieville, CA and Kenneth A. Rizer and wife, Joyce, of Bel Air; daughter, Wendi C. Bowman and husband, Stephen, of White Hall; sister, Doris Broadwater of Youngstown, OH; grandchildren, Stephanie Affourtit, Michelle Collins, Shane Burke, Ginelle Johnson, Carrie Rizer-Turner and Katie Rizer; nine great-grandchildren; and her dear friend since first grade, Margie Menges of Grantsville.
