Lorene Virginia Brammer

October 21, 1925 — March 9, 2013

Lorene Virginia Brammer, age 87, of Edgewood, MD passed away on March 9, 2013 at her home. Born in Shawsville, Montgomery County, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Lewis and Ada May Moore Creed and wife of the late Cecil Gray Brammer. A seamstress for a garment manufacturer, she loved to sew and made clothes for her children and grandchildren, suits, prom dresses and wedding gowns. She loved to garden, walk, go to church and her family, both old and young.

Mrs. Brammer is survived by her son, David Brammer of Edgewood; daughters, Phyllis Lambert of Aberdeen and Connie Robinson of Edgewood; siblings, John B. Creed, Wilford M. Creed, Clyde M. Creed and Gary D. Creed, Elizabeth Brammer, Gerldine Carden and Mary Huff, all of Virginia; grandchildren, Shelley Yang, James Lambert, Melody Young, Rick Robinson and Jessica Robinson; nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother, George L. Creed; and great-grandchildren, Conner Yang and Caytlin Yang.
