Lonnie C. Ferren

Lonnie C. Ferren, 71, of Seaford, DE passed away on September 20, 2015 at Coastal Hospice at The Lake in Salisbury, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, he was the son of the late Lonnie Peyton Ferren and Mabel Margaret (Campbell) Ferren. He was a lifelong resident of Harford County until he moved to the Eastern Shore in 1989. He was all about his family and loved the water. He enjoyed fishing, boating, being at the beach and gardening.

Mr. Ferren is survived by his wife, Sheila Marie (Moore) Ferren; daughters, Carol Lee Ferren and Margaret J. Ferren; son, Lonnie C. Ferren Jr.; grandchildren, Megan Willow, James Miller Jr., Stephfanie Wyatt, Dustin Ferren, Christina Ferren and Ethan Kues; and great-grandchildren, Alexis, Byron, Jesse and Trinity. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, several of whom he considered brothers. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters, Eura Jane Rash, Doris Ann Stancill and Vivian Grey Medley.
