Lola V. Keese

Lola V. Keese, age 87, of Fallston, MD, passed away on January 1, 2013 at Calvert Manor Nursing Home in Rising Sun, MD. Born in Grant, VA, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose Franklin and Cordelia Sarah Roupe Pugh and wife, for 62 years, of the late Henry N. Keese. A resident of Harford County for most of her life, she enjoyed dancing and was a longtime member of the Eastern Star, the Cedarettes and Rebekah Lodge.

Ms. Keese is survived by her son Ronald H. Keese and wife, Kitty, of Mebane, NC; daughter, Janet L. Starr and husband, Palmer, of Fallston; brother, Paul Pugh of Bel Air; four grandsons, four great-grandsons, two great-granddaughters, two step-grandsons, one step-granddaughter, one step great-grandson and a first great-great grandchild due in June. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by six brothers and four sisters.
