LOIS ONA HOLLOWAY, age 90, of Bel Air, died at her home on May 3, 2003. Born in Grassy Creek, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Rush and Dorsey Jones Blevins, and the wife of the late Lee Staley Holloway. A Harford County resident for 60 years, she was the oldest member of Franklin Missionary Baptist Church, becoming a member on September 19, 1947.
Mrs. Holloway is survived by one son, Gary L. Holloway of Bel Air; two daughters, Carolyn D. Holloway of Alexandria, Virginia; Brenda G. Lazara of Howell, New Jersey; two brothers, Judd Blevins of Bradenton, Florida; Ray Blevins of Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania; two sisters, Genieve Campbell of Port Deposit and Nora Hamby of Reisterstown; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers were: Kevin Holloway, Brian Holloway, Danielle Lazara, Cristina Lazara, Stacy Lazara, and Walter Campbell. Honorary pallbearers were: Ruben Elliott, John Fox, and Kin Powers.
