Lois B. Forde

Lois B. Forde, 77, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on April 22, 2015 at Lorien Riverside in Belcamp, MD. Born in Vass, NC, she was the daughter of the late Laura Jane Faulk. She was employed by Bata Shoe Company where she worked on the assembly line and later worked in housekeeping for Woodsdale Apartment Complex. She enjoyed going to the Edgewood Senior Center where she participated in various activities, her favorites being bingo and the Fun After 50 Club. She was a past member of Oak Ridge AME Zion Church in Vass, NC and a current member of Crosspoint Community Church.

Mrs. Forde is survived by her husband, Leroy E. Forde; son, Daryl Forde of Owings Mills; daughters, Margie Reives of Sanford, NC, Andrea Forde of Edgewood, Kim Baugh of Piscataway, NJ and Cheryl Greene of Jersey City, NJ; brother, Richard Faulk of NC; six grandchildren, Demetrius Faulk, Kimiko Nelson, Randall Forde, Jessica LaVant, Lauren Greene and Jessica Greene; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her mother she was predeceased by her sister, Hattie Cameron.
