Linda Joan Winskowski

Linda Joan Winskowski, age 66, of Bel Air, MD passed away on September 20, 2018 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of the late Carl Edwin Winskowski and Esther Anna (Beyer) Winskowski.

She was a 1970 graduate of Bel Air High School and a graduate of Strayer Business College. She was a retired contract administrator from the Department of Defense in Baltimore, Maryland.

Ms. Winskowski is survived by her sister, Stella McDonald, of Surprise, Arizona and her brother, Bruce Winskowski, of Bel Air, MD. She is also survived by her niece, Holly Medley, and her husband, Bill, nephew, Joshua Winskowski, great nephew, Adam Medley, great niece, Amanda Medley, and her special cousin, Nancy Petty.
