Linda Virginia Cook

Linda Virginia Cook, age 80 of Forest Hill passed away on July 27, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Milton Thompson, Sr. and Oneida (Robinson) Thompson.  One of eleven children. Wife to the late William R. Cook, Sr. Linda loved cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, and talking about her entire family and stories from the past. Linda and her husband (Bud) enjoyed listening to music and dancing when they were younger.       

Linda is survived by her sons. William R. Cook, Jr. and wife Lisa, Wayne R. Cook and wife Jennifer. Grandchildren Jessica Adams, Jacklyn Cook, Alyssa Cook, and Brandan Cook. Great-grandchildren, Earl, Bryson and Nolan. And daughter-in-law Beth Adams. The Thompson Brothers Jim, Ronnie and Bob.

Preceded in death by brothers Milton, William and John Thompson. Sisters Elaine Almony, Pauline Engle, Nancy Billings and Evelyn Blevins.
