Lillie Francis Miller

Lillie Francis Miller, age 95, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on December 23, 2024, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Born in Crumpler, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Franklin and Bessie Mae (Hurley) Fowler. Lillie was the beloved wife of the late Charles (Dayton) Miller, with whom she shared 74 years of marriage. Together, they traveled and shared many adventures, creating lasting memories. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.

In addition to her husband and parents, Lillie was preceded in death by her adopted son, Frank Wayne Fowler, Jr., and 9 brothers and sisters. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
