Lillie Mae Norfleet

Lillie Mae Norfleet, age 84, of Havre de Grace, MD, died on May 8, 2009 at her home. Born in Fries, VA, she was the daughter of the late John Wilson and Ruby Mae Crouse Williams. A resident of Harford County for most of her life, she had worked at Bata Shoe Company as a seamstress, at APG as a telephone operator, at Automatic Sales as a food preparer, and at the Bavarian Restaurant. She enjoyed crocheting and loved her grandchildren.

Ms. Norfleet is survived by daughters, Deborah Clark and husband, Herbert, of Havre de Grace, MD and Judith Sawyers and husband, Kenneth, of Aberdeen, MD; brother, Homer Williams of North Carolina; sister, Hazel Roebuck of Aberdeen, MD; six grandchildren, Brenda Hall, John Norman and Tina Osborn, all of Aberdeen, MD, Mary Lewis of Charlestown, MD, Tony Osborn of Perryville, MD and Christopher Pearson of Virginia Beach, VA.; fourteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Howard Williams, granddaughter Melissa Norman and one great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Spies, John Norman, John Hall, Robert Hall, Kenneth Sawyers, and Loren Hall. Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Osborn and John Norman.
