LILLIAN J. FINA, age 80, of Bel Air, MD, died on November 23, 2008 in Florida. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Ida Simon Simpson. A member of the Bel Air Homemakers Club, she was very skilled at quilting and enjoyed making it a large part of her life. She was past president of Dundalk Power Squadron Auxiliary, vice president of The Change of Watch, and was a former Girl Scout Leader. A pillar of the family, she loved music, boating, winter at their Florida home, and reading, but most of all, the special time she spent with her family. She was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church and St. Mary Magdalen in Bel Air, MD.
Mrs. Fina is survived by her husband, Harry J. Fina of Bel Air, MD; daughters, Patricia Fina (Woodward) Weaver and husband, Dr. S. David Weaver, of Hanover, PA, Joyce Fina of Havre de Grace, MD and Joanne Mauldin and husband, Edward, of Bel Air, MD; and seven grandchildren, Jason Woodward, Rachel Early, Alex Evans, Victoria Evans, Jack Evans, Corin Mauldin and Heather Mauldin.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one brother and four sisters.
