Lib Weaver

“LIB” WEAVER, age 79, of Bel Air, died in Mariner Health of Bel Air on June 14, 2005. Born in Jefferson, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Lillard and Nettie Belle Green Oliver and the wife of the late Roby Jones Weaver. She had retired after 25 years of service for Harford County where she worked as an accounting clerk. She was a member of the Bel Air American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson.

Mrs. Weaver is survived by one brother, Thomas Oliver of Portsmith, Virginia; one grandson, Zachary Ross Breen Hisley of Monkton; son-in-law, Philip N. Hisley of Monkton; and a dear friend, Deborah Hill of Ocean City. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by one daughter, Sarah Lynn Weaver Hisley.
