Levada Smith

LEVADA SMITH, age 63, of Edgewood, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on July 17, 2005. Born in Duffville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Gurnie and Ruby I. Terry Chadwell and the wife for 43 years of the late Robert J. Smith. She had worked at Bendix for 6 years and at Clemdens for 10 years doing shipping and receiving work. She was a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Church.

Mrs. Smith is survived by one son, Steven R. Smith of Edgewood; two daughters, Lisa D. Butler and her husband, Rick, and Kim A. Cowan and her husband, Tom, all of Edgewood; three brothers, Raymond Chadwell and his wife, Sissy of Pasadena, Marshall Chadwell and his wife, Jane of Hanover, and Charles Chadwell of Pasadena; and ten grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by one daughter, Karen L. O’Brien.
