Lester J. Drabik

Lester J. Drabik, age 83, of Joppa, MD, died on January 26, 2009 at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Newark, NJ, he was the son of the late Andrew and Pauline Pulasko Drabik. A veteran of the U.S. Army he served our country in WWII. He worked at the GM plant, traffic department, on Broening Highway until he retired in 1978. After his retirement he enjoyed traveling, history and coin collecting and he was an active member of the Joppatowne Lions Club for over 35 years.

Mr. Drabik is survived by his wife, Mary "Mitzi" Drabik of Joppa, MD; a daughter, Deborah Lee DeGraw and husband, Robert K., of Fallston, MD; a brother, Paul Drabik of Florida; and two grandchildren, Jessica DeGraw of Florida and Katlyn DeGraw of Fallston, MD. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Andrew Drabik.
