Leonard Dean Sparks

Leonard Dean Sparks, age 71, of Elkton, MD passed away on March 23, 2013 at Union Hospital in Elkton. Born in Harford County, he was the son of the late John Willie and Bertha Cochran Sparks. He worked in the construction field.

Mr. Sparks is survived by his sons, Terry Wayne Sparks and Gary Dale Sparks of Aberdeen; daughter, Sherry Lynn Seekford of Rising Sun; sisters, Marie McArter of Dublin and Helen Mitchell of Bel Air, MD; and nine grandchildren.
