Leon Casner

LEON “LEE” CASNER, age 45, of Fallston, MD, died on May 18, 2006 at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Leon Austin and Margaret Mae Lee Casner. He worked for the Harford County Humane Society before becoming an Animal Control Officer for Harford County in 2004. His family said that he will be remembered for his love of animals.

Mr. Casner is survived by his wife of 18 years, Patricia Anderson Casner of Fallston, MD; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family; and many dogs.
