Lenore M. Pfeiffer

Lenore M. Pfeiffer, age 85, of Joppa, MD, died on December 17, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Slatington, PA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Paul and Marion Irene Bailey Peters. She was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Abingdon since 1962.

Mrs. Pfeiffer is survived by her husband of 66 years, who she married in Santa Anna, CA, Peter J. Pfeiffer of Joppa, MD; sons, Peter J. Pfeiffer Jr. and wife, Sue W., of Centerville, VA and Paul J. Pfeiffer and wife, Cyndi A., of Joppa, MD; grandchildren, Julie Lynn Shepard of Alexandria, VA and Glen Allen Pfeiffer of Tucson, AZ; and great-grandchildren, Katherine Elizabeth Shepard, Peter Alexander Shepard, and Jessica Lynn Pfeiffer.
