Lee R. Husk

LEE R. HUSK, age 82, of Abingdon, MD, died on August 1, 2006 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Parkersburg, WV, he was the son of the late William H. and Lydia Husk. He served in the armed forces during WWII. He was a retired maintenance engineer for the State of Maryland. He was a member of Rosedale Baptist Church where he enjoyed helping out. He enjoyed watching wonderful baseball and football and he loved to fish.

Mr. Husk is survived by his wife, Margaret May Horsley Husk of Abingdon, MD; one son, Glenn Husk, and his wife, Martina, of Baltimore, MD; one daughter-in-law, Ellen Husk of Abingdon, MD; one daughter, Barbara E. Valenza, and her husband, Joseph B. Valenza, of Abingdon, MD; three step-daughters, Louise Neiberline and Sandra Knill, both of Baltimore, MD and Ginnie Wathen of Martinsburg, WV; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, David Husk.
