Lawrence Jenkins Graham, age 95, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on March 26, 2014 at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Todd, NC, he was the son of the late Walter Samuel and Jennie Ada Lawrence Graham and husband of the late Frances Ennis Graham. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was employed as an oil burner service mechanic for over 40 years by both Kurtz and Kahoe and Corbin Fuel Company. A loving husband, devoted father and grandfather, he was a member of Bel Air United Methodist Church, and in earlier years, assisted with serving communion in area nursing homes. He enjoyed woodworking, camping, gardening and working around his home.
Mr. Graham is survived by his sons, Michael Lawrence Graham and wife, Shannon, of Winchester, VA and Douglas Graham and wife, Cynthia, of Bel Air; grandchildren, Stephen Graham and wife, Lindsey, Jonathan Graham and wife, Jayme, Andrew Graham, Jacob Graham, Patrick Graham and Katherine Graham; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his siblings, Warren Lee Graham, Charles Kermit Graham, Lena B. Heck and Zella Greer.
