Laura Spiers Stagg

Laura Spiers Stagg, age 70, of Bel Air, MD, passed away at Gilchrist Center in Towson, MD on March 23, 2012. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Milton Carlisle Spiers and Laura Sutton Spiers. A Harford County resident since 1968, she was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking. She was a member of the League of Women Voters and past member of Salem Lutheran Church where she helped found the nursery school programs.

Mrs. Stagg is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ted B. Stagg Jr. of Bel Air, MD; sons, Paul Jason Stagg and wife, Jamie Lynn Mason and John David Stagg and wife, Stefanie Lyn Stagg all of Baltimore, MD; daughter, Elizabeth Ellen Arbogast and husband, Joseph Blaine Arbogast Sr. of Bel Air, MD; sister, Patricia Ellen Lausch of Parkville, MD; grandchildren, J.B., Philip, Audrey, Julia, Tommy and Reilly; and niece, Courtney Lausch of Parkville, MD and nephew, Gregory Lausch of Williamsburg, VA.
