LARRY WINTON TURNER, SR., age 62, of Edgewood, died in Perry Point VA Hospital, Perry Point, MD on November 14, 2004. Born in Bel Air, he was the son of Lester Winton Turner of Bel Air and the late Pauline Gracie Blakley Turner. He was a resident of Harford County all of his life. He enjoyed reading books and was a member of Emmorton Baptist Church. He served his country in the U.S. Navy.
In addition to his father, Mr. Turner is survived by his wife of 28 years, Carolyn Lee Stamper Turner; one son, Larry W. Turner, Jr. of Edgewood; two daughters, Lori Ann Lewis of South Carolina; Robin Turner of Pensacola, Florida; five sisters, Patricia C. Arnold of Edgewood; Brenda K. Bielet of Phoenix, MD; Delores J. Gentry of Bel Air; Debra G. Turner of Woodlawn; Pamela L. Lewis of Boyertown, Pennsylvania; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
