Larry Lee Kerr

Larry Lee Kerr, age 71, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on July 21, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born in New Haven, Connecticut, he was the son of Joseph Nelson Kerr and Betty Miriam (Benninger) Kerr. Larry was a veteran of the Army National Guard where he served for 23 years as an E-6 Staff Sergeant. He was a member of the American Legion Post 39 for many years, and a long outstanding member of the North Chesapeake Bay Van Club where he was an officer. Larry loved to go on van runs or "Vanning".      

Larry is survived by his brothers, Joseph Kerr (Pat), Garry Kerr and sister, Linda Santymire (Bob). 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Ronald Kerr, Betty Lou Clark (Bob), John Kerr (Debbie), and Jean Maxine Kerr. He had numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.

There will be a memorial service announced at a later date.
