Kristine Gilmour, age 41, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on January 30, 2020 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
Born in Frankfurt, Germany, she was the daughter of Paul and Linda (Wilhide) Quick. Kristine graduated from Bel Air Senior High School in 1996 and was valedictorian in her graduating class of 2000 from the University of Hartford. She earned her Master’s Degree in Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 2006 while working and becoming a new mom.
Kristine Quick married Brian Lee Gilmour in December, 2002. They were married for 17 years and have three amazing children. Kristine was a very devoted mom to sons Hunter Davis Gilmour and Dalton Nottingham Gilmour and daughter Dakota Renee Gilmour. Kristine was actively involved in her children’s activities, whether it was coaching field hockey, practicing and cheering for cross country and track meets, leading scout troops, or attending every orchestra, drama, and chorus concert.
Kristine is also survived by her sister, Keri Quick Kornelsen (husband Mark and children Emily, Micah and Anna) and many more loving family members and dear friends. Everyone who knew Kristine loved her. Her love of God shone through in everything she did from her conversations to her ceaseless volunteering. She was truly a good and faithful servant.
