Kevin James Brady

Kevin James Brady, age 53, of Friendsville, PA, passed away on September 8, 2014 at his mother's home. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he is the son of Alice Anna Tollefsen Brady of Churchville, MD and the late Harry Joseph Brady Sr. CW3 Brady was a member of the U.S. Army having served for 28 years including service in Iraq.

Mr. Brady is survived by his wife, Mary L. Brady of Brooklyn, CT; daughters, Devin M. Brady and Kiara M. Brady, both of Brooklyn, CT; brothers, Harry J. Brady Jr. of Spring Lake, NJ, Dennis P. Brady of Bethpage, NY, Garry K. Brady of The Villages, FL and Robert C. Hasbrouck of Spring Lake, NJ; sisters, Elsa B. DeVita of Hasting-on-Hudson, NY and Colleen R. Denny of Churchville; 21 nieces and nephews and 26 great nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the 42nd Infantry Association and the 69th Veteran Corps. He was also a member of the AOH in Long Island, NY and had attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. An avid hunter, he enjoyed camping and spending time with his children and family.

Pallbearers will be Timothy Brady, Harry J. Brady III, Justin Brady, Sarah Evans DeVita, Matthew Denny and Morgan Denny.
