Kevin Burch Carrigan

Kevin Burch Carrigan passed away at the age of 57 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Andre Henry and Grace Virginia Burch Carrigan. He excelled in all his career paths beginning as a pilot, to banking manager at Bank of America, and most recently as a TSA officer. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. The value of family was instilled from an early age through his grandfather and grandmother, Raymond T. and Grace Finney Burch. He had fond memories spending summers at their home with his siblings and cousins. He was an avid golfer and accomplished home gardener - jalapenos were his specialty. His favorite spot could be found on the beach soaking in the sun, feet buried in the sand. He will be remembered for many things, including his generosity to others and the ability to see the good in all things, from a simple warm breeze to an unusual seashell found on a shelling expedition. He was the best friend, father, husband, brother you could ever wish for.

Mr. Carrigan is survived by his wife of 38 years, Deborah A. Gjerulff Carrigan; daughters, Danielle M. Hamilton and Megan M. Carrigan, both of Austin, TX; brothers, Andre Carrigan of Amity, PA, Thomas Carrigan of Jarrettsville, MD and William Carrigan of Cheverly, MD; sisters, Susan Ritmiller of Seven Valleys, PA, Ginnie Carrigan Ford of Lutherville, MD and Patricia Bushman of Palm City, FL; grandchild, Drew Tyler Hamilton, and a number of nieces and nephews.
