Kenneth Watts Bailey

Kenneth Watts Bailey, 90, of Bel Air, MD passed away on May 5, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late William Henry and Edna May Hallman Bailey. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was a longtime member of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. He was a former member of the Maryland Golf and Country Club and enjoyed stamp collecting.

Mr. Bailey is survived by his wife of 68 years, Gloria Neubauer Bailey; many nieces and nephews; and devoted family friends David and Colleen George and their daughters Annie George-Puskar (John ) and Sarah George. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Wilford P. Bailey.
