Kenneth Robert Neal

Kenneth Robert Neal, age 73, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on October 26, 2021 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Paul Neal Sr. and Dorothy (Althoff) Neal. He was a member of the Asbestos Workers Union Local 11 for over 25 years and the Abingdon ELKS. He was an avid Baltimore Ravens fan. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 52 years, Barbara (nee Wolbert) Neal; daughter, Amanda M. Starr (Daniel); grandchildren, Nicholas & Samantha Starr; and brothers, Paul Neal, Jr. (Trish), Thomas Neal (Betty), Larry Neal (Sharon) and Patrick Neal (Kathy).
