Kenneth R. Kasper, age 86, of Abingdon, MD died on July 17, 2009 at his home. Born in Hubbardston, MI, he was the son of the late Frederick John and Bernice Edna Cranson Kasper. A veteran of the Army and the Air force, he served our country during WWII. He was a computer analyst for the U.S. Government and was also a member of the Boumi Temple Air Patrol, Scottish Rite of Baltimore and Blue Lodge in Michigan. His family said he enjoyed playing the stock market.
Mr. Kasper is survived by his wife whom he married in 1949, Phyllis Jean Fetzer Kasper of Abingdon, MD; daughters, Jeanette Johnson of Washington, DC and Rosalie Phyllis Kasper of Abingdon, MD; sister, Ada Robbins of Hinckley, MN; nephews, Ray, Jim and Gary Robbins all of Minnesota; niece, Carol Robbins of Minnesota; great nephew, Russell Robbins of Pittsburgh, Pa; and granddaughter, Rudi Jean Johnson of Washington, DC.
