Kenneth L. Willig Sr.

Kenneth L. Willig Sr., age 76, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on February 20, 2012 at Gilchrist Hospice in Columbia, MD. Born in Perry Hall, MD, he was the son of the late Glen Martin Willig and Pearl M. Kitzmiller Gigalotti. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country in the Korean War. He was a truck driver for 32 years at Harry T. Campbell/LaFarge and a member of Joppatowne Christian Church. He enjoyed playing guitar, fishing and boating.

Mr. Willig is survived by his wife, Marlene J. Willig of Edgewood, MD; children, Kenneth L. Willig Jr. of Edgewood, MD, Wayne A. Willig of Edgewood, MD, Eugene R. Willig and wife, Cindi of Belcamp, MD, Tammy D Mumaw and husband, Richard of Edgewood, MD and Tim Willig and wife, Debra of Fallston, MD; brother, Charles Schlauch of Cockeysville, MD; grandchildren, Christopher Willig and wife, Haley of Rising Sun, MD, Jennifer and Harmony Willig of Aberdeen, MD, Shianne Willig of Edgewood, MD and Seaira Willig of Joppa, MD, Cassandra Ingham and husband, Travis of Belcamp, MD, Gabriele Willig of Belcamp, MD and Ricky Mumaw of Edgewood, MD; and four great grandchildren.
