Kenneth A. Burris, Jr.

Kenneth A. Burris Jr., age 73, of Aberdeen, MD, died on December 7, 2011 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Kenneth Alton Burris Sr. and Dorothy Evans Webb Burris. A resident of Aberdeen since 1978, he was a Master Sargent in the U.S. Army serving our country in the Vietnam and Korean Wars before retiring after 29 years of service in 1985.

Mr. Burris is survived by his wife of 37 years, Renate C. Martin Burris of Aberdeen, MD; sons, Franz K. Burris of Aberdeen, MD and Robert P. Burris of Hagerstown, MD; daughter, Jenny D. Burris of Aberdeen, MD; sister, Nancy Lou Davis formerly of Baltimore, MD; and grandchildren, Rodney O. Edwards, Janessa Watters and Elexis Burris.
