Kelly Ann Hamrick

Kelly Ann Hamrick, age 54, of Elkton, Maryland passed away peacefully on February 2, 2023 at her home. She was the daughter of William (Bill) Hamrick Sr. of Elkton and the late Helen (Ogle) Hamrick. Kelly loved the beach, got excited to go on road trips and see new places; especially if it was somewhere she could put her feet in the sand. She seemed to always be smiling, laughing, or singing. Her favorite saying was "T.C.B." (Taking Care of Business!). Her family was her whole world, and she cherished every minute she got to spend with them. Christmas was her favorite.

In addition to her father, Kelly is survived by her daughter, Jessica Harding (fiancé Joe Soriano) son, Christopher Via (wife Bri Urbina); grandson, Arthur; sisters, Sylvia Carole (Beacher) Johnson and Jean (Scott) Gross; and brothers, Joseph Hamrick and Chad Johnson, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Lawrence Hamrick Jr.

To honor Kelly’s memory, we are holding a celebration of their life on Saturday February 18th. We invite anyone who knew her to attend and remember her wonderful life. Being as Kelly was a joyful and bright person, we ask attendees to wear something that would tickle her dark sense of humor.
