Keith Leroy Tester

Keith Leroy Tester, age 77, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on May 4, 2020 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Decatur, Indiana, he was the son of the late Francis Earl and Lois Elizabeth (Hart) Tester and husband of 54 years to Barbara P. (Lineberry) Tester. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the American Legion Post #28 (Millsboro, DE). He retired as a Senior Training Specialist in 1997 from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Ordnance School after 34 years of service. Leroy enjoyed gardening, bowling, fishing, and time spent with his family.

In addition to his wife, Leroy is survived by two daughters, Katherine Gott and husband Walter Gott of Clarksville, TN, Susanne Bowman and fiancé Lance Sailer of Parkville, MD; adopted daughter Joanne Owensby and fiancé David Bailey of Bel Air, MD; 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three brothers, Larry, Lloyd, and Terry Tester; sister, Donna Iden; and many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by many friends and extended family.

The family requests contributions in his name to the American Legion Post #28 31768 Legion Rd, Millsboro, DE 19966 in lieu of flowers.
