Keith E. Simpkins Sr.

Keith E. Simpkins Sr., age 52, of Belcamp, MD, died on August 23, 2009 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Helen Agnes Henn Simpkins of Levels, WV and the late Douglas Ray Simpkins Sr. A resident of Harford County for seven years, he worked at UPS for over ten years, where he was a driver. He was a life member of Arbutus Volunteer Fire Company and a very active member of Abingdon Volunteer Fire Company.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his friend, Kathryn Sindall of Belcamp, MD; son, Keith Simpkins Jr. of Finksburg, MD; daughters, Shannon Simpkins-Runge of Owings Mills, MD, Danielle and Autumn Simpkins, both of Belcamp, MD, and Dana Shipley of Perry Hall, MD; brothers, Douglas, Norman, Brian, Timothy, and Scott Simpkins; and sister, Drucilla Houck; and seven grandchilden.
