Kathryn Boniface

KATHRYN BONIFACE, age 80, of Middletown, Maryland, formerly of Bel Air, Maryland, died in Frederick Memorial Hospital on November 29, 2003. Born in Bel Air, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Felix Royston, Sr. and Katherine Huer Stifler. A life long resident of Harford County, she was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Bel Air where she was active in many church functions. She especially enjoyed the beach, playing golf, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed participating in the Mt. Gretna Group activities. She was a graduate of Bel Air High School in 1940 and a charter member of the Maryland Golf and Country Club.

Mrs. Boniface is survived by her husband of 60 years as of November 2003, Harry Judd Boniface; two sons, Harry R. Boniface and his wife, Martha of Bel Air; Philip J. Boniface of Middletown, Maryland; one brother, F. Royston Stifler, Jr. of Sandwich, Massachusetts; one sister, Ann Pearce of Bel Air; four grandchildren, John David Boniface and his wife, Carole of Darlington; Katheryn B. Strickland and her husband, Robin of Churchville, Maryland; Benjamin J. Boniface and his wife, Jill of Middletown, Maryland ; Sara B. Boniface of Middletown, Maryland; three great-grandchildren, John “Jack” R. Boniface of Darlington, MD; Zachary D. Strickland of Churchville, MD; and Helen Sarah Boniface of Darlington, MD.

Pallbearers will be: John David Boniface, Benjamin J. Boniface, Robin Strickland, William R. Pearce, Robert B. Pearce, and J. William Boniface.
