Kathleen M. Lewis

KATHLEEN M. LEWIS, age 55, of Bel Air, MD, died on November 17, 2006, at Stella Maris Hospice, Timonium, MD. Born in Greensburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Richard Earl McCormick Sr. and the late Beatrice Joan Sweeney McCormick. She worked for the Harford County Public Schools as a media specialist and retired after 27 years of service. She graduated from Greensburg Salem High School in 1969, and then from St. Francis College in Loretto, PA, with a BA Degree in Elementary Education. She enjoyed reading and taking care of her granddaughter, Cecilia.

Mrs. Lewis is survived by her husband of 33 years, James H. Lewis III of Bel Air, MD; one daughter, Erin E. Lewis of Forest Hill, MD; four brothers, The Honorable Richard E. McCormick and his wife, Kathleen of Greensburg, PA, Timothy J. McCormick and his wife, Linda of Greensburg, PA, Patrick E. McCormick and his wife, Toni of Greensburg, PA, and John P. McCormick of Truckee, CA; three sisters, Mary McCormick McNeal and her husband, Donald of Glen Mills, PA, Sheila McCormick Walter and her husband, Carl of Mercer, PA and Joan McCormick Sweeney and her husband, John of Greensburg, PA; and one granddaughter, Cecilia E. Carfagno of Forest Hill, MD.

Pallbearers were Richard McCormick, David McCormick, Tim McNeal, Patrick McNeal, Matthew McNeal, Daniel Sweeney, Brian Sweeney and Donnie Walter.
