Kathleen H. Lower

KATHLEEN H. LOWER, age 73, of Edgewood, died in Mariner Health of Bel Air on December 23, 2004. Born in Antioch, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Leatha Zobedia Roberts Jones, and the wife of the late Clinton E. Lower, Sr. Her family says she was a loving mother and a devoted wife. She enjoyed her ties with West Virginia.

Mrs. Lower is survived by three sons, Clinton E. Lower, Jr. of Abingdon; Gary A. Lower of Bel Air; Robert K. Lower of Edgewood; one sister, Nevella May Lower of Charles Town, West Virginia; and one granddaughter, Brittney Rose Lower of Burton, Michigan. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by two brothers, Carl Edward Jones; Henry “Bud” Jones, Jr.; two sisters, Juanita Margaret Shobe and Clara Aliza Alt.
