Karola Butindaro

Karola Butindaro, age 81, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on January 1, 2020 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, Maryland. Born in Bublingen, Germany, she was the daughter of Wilhelm and Luzia (Klink) Hirth and wife of 60 years to Dominic Butindaro. She enjoyed singing at church and working in the garden. Karola enjoyed running marathons, including marathons in Hawaii, Baltimore, New York, and the Marine Corp. Marathon.

In addition to her husband, Karola is survived by sons, Michael K., Dominic (Tamara), and Frank W. (Michelle) Butindaro; grandchildren Amy, Kristen, Brandon, Nicole, Sarah and Judith; and great grandchildren Jayden, Tyreek, Brian, Bella, Chase, Paisley and Zaniyah.
