Karen Measley, age 80, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on November 12, 2022 at her home. Born in Fairmont, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Francis Howard Hall and Edna Christine (Currey) Hall. Before her retirement in 1999, Karen was a beloved teacher’s assistant at Fallston Middle and High Schools. After her retirement, she worked at HARCO Federal Credit Union as a greeter until her illness. Karen enjoyed attending Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Bel Air. She was a friend to everyone she knew and enjoyed helping others. Sending cards meant a great deal to Karen as she was always thinking of others. Her family will be always grateful for the caring love she received at the end of her life at DaVita Kidney Care.
Karen is survived by her husband Ross Measley, Jr.; daughter, Shellye Poster; brother, Dwight (Patti) Hall; sister, Katie Musgrave; nieces, Kristin (Bear) Henson, Trista (Gene) DiPaula and Jaki Hall; nephew, Shaun (Cathy) Daly; great-nieces, Kelsie (Josh) LeRose and Reilly DiPaula; great-nephews, Tyler VanderWijst, Jack DiPaula, Cole Hall, Grant Hall, Jackson Daly and Elijah Daly; cousin, Maxine Currey and great niece, McKenna LeRose.
