June Mildred Owens

June Mildred Owens, age 83, of Bel Air, MD passed away on May 17, 2017 at Bel Air Assisted Living in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Richard and Cecil Merriman and wife of the late William Robert Owens. She had worked for Bell Atlantic as an accountant for many years, H&R Block and various doctors in the Harford County area. She loved to do needlepoint and spend time with her Yorkies. She was always a smartly dressed woman.

Mrs. Owens is survived by her son, Mark B. Owens and his wife, Donna, of Bel Air, MD; grandson, Darin Robert Owens, Jr.; two sisters, Faye Yawn and Rose Needham of Baltimore, MD. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her son, Darin Robert Owens.
