June Clark Weeks

June 15, 1922 — August 8, 2005

JUNE CLARK WEEKS, age 83, of Bel Air, died in Lorian Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bel Air on August 8, 2005. Born in Scotia, New York, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Ross Armstrong and Helen King Clark, and the wife of the late Maurice Harold Weeks. Appointed to write the charter for Harford County, she was the first woman mayor of Bel Air. She loved all types of music and was a member of the local recorder group. She was an ardent Oriole fan and enjoyed literature. She was a member of the League of Women Voters, and for many years a member of St. Alban’s Anglican Church.

Mrs. Weeks is survived by one son, Christopher Weeks of Bel Air; one daughter, Mary Ranneberger and her husband, George, of Bel Air; two grandchildren, Ben Ranneberger and Seth Ranneberger, both of Bel Air: and two nieces. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by three sisters.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Alban’s Anglican Church, 1011 Old Joppa Road, Joppa, Maryland 21085.
