Julie Ann Sirgany-Green

Julie Ann Sirgany-Green, age 75, of Fallston, Maryland passed away on November 23, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland.  Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ann (Rolla) Sirgany and wife of 48 years to Charles Green.

Julie had a passion for medicine.  She had a career spanning over 50 years in the medical field starting at a young age as a hospital volunteer and secretary for a leading transplant doctor at Johns Hopkins.  She earned her RN degree and worked as a labor and delivery nurse in several hospitals before transitioning to Smaldore Family Practice as the office manager, retiring in 2017.  In addition to working as an RN, Julie enjoyed teaching others and sharing her love of nursing and medical administration.  She also had a love for antiquing, reading novels and was an advocate for animals in need.

In addition to her husband, Julie is survived by sons Adam and Jordan Green; grandchild Michael Green; and sisters Mary Hollin and Linda Staib.
