Judy Lynn Norris

February 16, 1958 — March 17, 2022

Judy Davis Norris, age 64, of Nottingham, Maryland passed away on March 17, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Andrea (French) Davis.  Judy was an amazing mother, aunt, friend, and her favorite job was being the best Yaya to her grandchildren. She had a passion for decorating and adding a special touch to any space and everything she designed or created.  Judy loved to travel, especially to the beach. She had a love for music, dancing and spending time with her treasured friends and family. She was so passionate, grateful, and the encouraging force in the lives of so many.  She spent her life building others up any chance she got. Judy was generous with everything she had, whether it was sharing her home, her wisdom, her time, or her company.  She lived a life of gratefulness and was instantly loved by all she met.    


Judy was a loving mother to, Kristy Zelaya (Shawn Ohl) of Bel Air, MD, Melissa A. Lorenzo of Nottingham, MD; a loving “second mother” to Amy Loomis of Lutherville;  adored Yaya to, Natalie Zelaya, Emmie Zelaya, Jasmina Ohl, Matthew Davis, Ethan Hall, Shane Herbert, and Carter Herbert;  caring sister to, Sandra Crespo; and amazing aunt to, Nicholas (Ashley) Herbert, Antonio Crespo, Roberto Crespo, Frank Davis, Gregory Pigg, Joey Davis, and Amanda Davis; treasured niece to Adeline Ford; and special cousin to Kathleen and Kelly Granruth.


She was preceded in death by mother, Andrea Davis, brothers, Frank Davis and James Davis, and beloved nephew, Shane Herbert.


The family will host a memorial service at Mountain Christian Church-Abingdon Campus on April 9, 2022 at 11:30 am with a celebration of life to follow at Maryland Golf and Country Club at 1335 E Macphail Road, Bel Air, MD 21015. Please continue to check this obituary page for updates.
