Judith Ann Twitty

Judith Ann Twitty, of Belcamp, MD, died at the age of 67 on December 7, 2016 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. She was born in Baltimore to Eugene Edward and Ann Mary (Wheatly) Clemens and had worked as an accounting supervisor for the Social Security Administration. She enjoyed going to plays, and in her younger years, participating in them. She was a devoted Catholic, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Ronald H. Twitty; her children, Lisa M. Moeller and husband, Daniel, of Joppatowne, Cheryl A. Landes and husband, Michael, of Locust Grove, VA; grandchildren, Christina, Heather, Kimberly, Gregory and Megan; great-granddaughter, Layla; and brothers, Michael Clemens of Bel Air and Edward Clemens of Chase. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Herbert Melchior.
