Juanita B. Bradshaw

Juanita B. Bradshaw, age 73, of Edgewood, MD, died on May 3, 2009 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Eugene and Catherine Wilhelmina Whitesell Ecker and was also preceded in death by her true love and husband, Arthur. She was the oldest of ten siblings whom she took care of and loved like a mother. An avid reader, she had worked as a secretary at Gospel Tabernacle. She was a member, and past secretary, of Edgewood Assembly of God Church and enjoyed her card ministry with the church, as well as, working with the Prime Timers.

Mrs. Bradshaw is survived by her stepdaughter, Robin I. Steyer of Baltimore, MD; brother, Rev. Paul Ecker of Texas; sisters, Ramona Heist of Pennsylvania, Elnora Greely of Virginia, Elaine Howard of Wisconsin, Eileen Grandstaff of Florida, Genny Stephens of Minnesota, Nikki Kahler of Rosedale, MD and Wilma Ruppert of Minnesota; and four step grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her step son, Arthur C. Bradshaw, her brother, Harry Eugene Ecker, and brother-in-law, Rev. Kenneth Howard.
